50% deposit required to reserve a session, paid by card.
The remaining 50% is due before or at the beginning of the session.
Card purchases must use the allocated session slot agreed with The Chapel Studios.
50% of fee payable for cancellation or postponement occurring more than 10 days before the session.
100% of fee payable for cancellation or postponement occurring within 10 days of the session.
American Express transactions are subject to a 5% surcharge by The Chapel Studios.
Debit card transactions incur no surcharges.
Payments are non-refundable.
The client is here considered to be the artist(s), or person(s) attending the sessions who are deemed to be in charge.
Authority to make decisions rests with the client. If another party is paying and not attending the sessions, they must relay their requests through the client.
The Chapel Studios or producer will make suggestions for production direction that are approved by the client.
